Bots showed up twice this weekend at #ONA15. They might not be drop-in replacements for reporters, but they offer automated aid. In a do-it-yourself Arduino processor workshop, participants learned how to create a bot to track spikes in audio in a room. Another session discussed some of the ways these bots can directly aid reporters.
