At the Online News Association’s Midway, job hunters have the opportunity to make professional connections with dozens of media organizations.

News wires, startups, tech giants, legacy media companies and graduate schools have at least one thing in common here at ONA15: Their recruiters are seeking new talent.

But what specifically are they looking for?

ONA Student Newsroom reporter Tracy Cook  scoured the Midway to find out what digital journalism skills and traits companies most value in potential employees. Each representative was asked to share their answer — in a 10-second clip.
